The tenuta Berroni is surrounded by four farms but also sports St. George’s Court, where the horses and coaches are sheltered and the coachman had his rooms.
The famous Italian architect Carlo Ceppi renovated and made the rooms for the stablehands cozier.
The current property has renovated and refurbished tastefully the old apartments aimed for small families, with great care for privacy and quiet.
there are two apartments about 90 square mt, with a big living room with kitchenette a bedroom with view on a little private garden and a big bathroom.
The apartments share a private garden about of 500 square mt, with private parking the stairs and a long corridor. Unfortunately the ties of the National Trust do not permit to install anything for disabled people.
